1. Agreement
By using Futiva, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information where the app asks for it and must not impersonate another person or misuse another user's account.
3. Fair use and conduct
You must not cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with matches, automate gameplay in an unauthorized way, harass other users, attempt to access systems or data without permission, or use Futiva for unlawful activity. We may restrict features or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.
4. Service changes and availability
Futiva may evolve over time. Features, game rules, balancing, availability and supported devices may change. We may perform maintenance, fix defects, introduce new features or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
5. Intellectual property
Futiva, its software, interface, original graphics, product name and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Roey Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use Futiva as intended; they do not transfer ownership of the service.
6. Third-party services
Futiva may rely on app stores, authentication providers and infrastructure providers. Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
7. Disclaimer and limitation
Futiva is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Futiva at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of these terms, security threats, fraud, unlawful activity or where required by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
